Chef Frank’s journey to Executive Chef began at age 20. Born to a German father and Sicilian mother whose love of food was infectious, his passion for the art of cooking started at home.
Chef Frank’s focus is on substance rooted in history and tradition. He has spent more than 20 years honing his craft in top U.S. and European restaurants, and made a name for himself training with three star Michelin trained Chef Ludovic Lefebvre, Master Chef Thomas Henkelmann, and one year training in a Relais & Chateaux Michelin starred restaurant in Germany.
Chef Frank has had the privilege to travel extensively and experience a myriad of cultures and flavors that define his cooking today. His philosophy is to use only perfect, seasonal ingredients and not weigh them down with cream or butter. His meticulous attention to detail makes every meal he plates shine for the guest.
Prior to joining our team Frank was Global Private Chef to several high profile individuals, as well as Executive Chef for Nike World Headquarters.
In his free time Chef Frank enjoys home brewing, photography, and spending time with his beautiful family.
